Umpiring Season 2009/2010

I want to welcome you to another season of Hockey umpiring with the hope that you will be successful and help others to benefit from your vital role in the game!

Last year we achieved cost savings using our web site, www.cumbriahockey.co.uk) in sending documents to you. The usual membership pack has therefore been posted again on the umpires section of the web site for you to download.

Those without e mail/internet access or who would prefer to receive the pack in hard copy please let me know. You can do this by e mailing me (preferably) or making contact at the above address/telephone numbers. If you wish I can also e mail the pack to you but this sometimes gives problems.

Subscription has been increased to £15.00. It provides for your insurance not only for Cumbria games but to any you officiate outside the county. In addition all members will receive a copy of the 2009/2010 rules book in January. The fee also covers management of the level one match record card (copy enclosed). These are to be returned completed to Colin Cameron before the end of the season. Note the match fee has also been increased to £15.00 to be collected before any match.

Please complete the enclosed form giving contact details/address/telephone nrs/ e mail etc and send to me at the above address. This will ensure we have hard copy evidence of your details. Enclosed is a standing order form which we would prefer you to complete and send to your bank/building society etc. Alternatively send a cheque made out to CHUA for £15.00 and enclose with your membership form.
